I was born in Brisbane, Australia.
And my favorite color is pink.

I was very bald as a baby.
Panda is still my best friend.
And both of us look a little older these days.

THE BEST BOOK OF BEAR POETRY
I wrote my first picture book -- The Best Book of Bear Poetry -- at age 9. And I have been using writing as my excuse for getting out of chores every since!
SOME WEIRD FACTS ABOUT ME
- I want to be an Aldabra tortoise when I grow up.
- I have a birthmark shaped like the letter "L" on my left hand - really useful!
- My superpower is that I can eat bowls and bowls of chocolate peanut butter ice cream, and still have room for more.
WHOA! THAT'S ME??
I have way more hair now.
And Panda has started wearing clothes!
